Meet The Team
John Kihara
Managing Partner
John is the managing partner at Summa Peto Capital. He immigrated to the US at the age of 18 and holds a Masters of Science degree. He is a Software Engineering management consultant with over 15 years experience working in various industries spanning Utilities, State government, and Engineering firms. He and his wife are also local business owners.
His passion is helping other busy professionals and business owners build, protect, grow their wealth, and generate passive income so that they can focus on growing their careers or nurturing their businesses and doing the things they love.
He and his family reside in the high Sonoran Desert of Southern Arizona. He loves the experiences of the desert Southwest and its people, and takes in all the perks it has to offer! He also loves supporting the local community and its organizations, and actively supports the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Arizona.
Michael Blank
Adviser
Michael Blank is the CEO of Nighthawk and controls over $200M in multifamily real estate all across the United States. He’s the leading authority on apartment building investing and has helped others purchase over 9,500 units valued at over $635M through his content and training programs.

He’s the author of the best selling book “Financial Freedom With Real Estate Investing” and the host of the popular “Apartment Building Investing” podcast.

Michael holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary. He’s fluent in German and conversational in Spanish. Michael play tennis competitively, loves to travel, and started bow hunting several years ago. He lives near Atlanta with his wife and four children. He’s also passionate about working with Uganda Counseling and Support Services (UCSS) whose mission is to spread God’s love and improve the quality of life in remote regions of Uganda.
Chris Meehan
Property Manager
Chris has been in the Property Management industry for over 15 years. He started his career in San Diego working for The Irvine Company Apartments. He was a top sales producer for over 6 years with the Irvine Company before transitioning into a Sales Manager. He moved over to Tucson to be close to his family and now works for Fort Lowell Realty as a Licensed Independent Contractor. He manages over 600 doors throughout Tucson.
